There is no reason Apple would make their devices less accessible to the vision-impaired.
Really think so? If they did wouldn't that be bad for business? Plus it'd probably upset a lot of people.

Why do you think they will? Apple has done a great deal to ensure their devices are friendly to as many as they can. As HyperNova Software says, I don't see it happening either.
